Piano, cello, writing, travel, and relaxing with my animals (Bruder, Shirley, and LaVerne), video games, books, movies, amateur astronomy, TV, road trips, tempting fate.
Music
Just about everything that requires more talent than attitude. Nothing wrong with attitude, but I like mine with a healthy serving of knowledge and respect. Talking rhythmically is not music...sorry.
Movies
I like explosions, gratuitous sex and violence, and all of the muppet movies.
Television
Judge Judy, MacGyver, Flight of the Conchords, Forensic Files, and Lost, among others.
Books
i like to reed (but seriously: anything by Garth Ennis), Michael Crichton, Shakespeare, Dante, Orwell, Huxley, C.S. Lewis, Conan-Doyle, et al

About me: Hi. I'm David Michael Thomas, and you're not. I play keyboards for JASMINE CAIN, a super bad-ass hard rock group and Randolph Robinson and the Widdershins, an awesome rootsy-folky band, but have toured and recorded with a variety of artists doing a multitude of styles. I also write my own material and as of this writing am 945 days without a drink. I enjoy aimless conversations, lost causes, herbal remedies and the word 'enjoy'. I cannot abide health-nazi fascists, non-smoking sections, and people who dislike smokers and/or push them to the fringes of society. I'm also in favor of a complete boycott of Sheraton hotels because of their policy regarding fines for smoking in non-smoking rooms. I don't believe in god, but I believe it is my god-given right to burn things and inhale them. If politicians really want to protect us from something, they should bring the fucking constitution back, because the constitution protects us from politicians and overzealous law-enforcement officers.

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.

We've had alot of fun together that I didn't know we had. LOL. It included sex, drugs and maybe Rock-n-Roll. A girl was hanging out with you all recently and told my best friend of our heard of escapades! :) Whohoooo....
I wrote a song, but I can't read music so I don't know what it is. Every once in a while I'll be listening to the radio and I say, "I think I might have written that."
