Hello! How are you doing? I just thought I would drop by and tell you a little about my blog.
I am going to be posting diet and nutrition information, and it's role in effecting chronic illness, cancer, viruses (HSV and HPV), depression, etc. Also Lysine's roll in reducing cancer and it's effect on viruses.

I want to start developing a circle of friends to start raising awareness and spreading info for health and wellness. I have to do this research for myself anyway, and what I am reading is blowing my mind! It would be a crying shame or a crime if I didn't get it out and help as many other people as I can.
Please also feel free to let me know what you would like to see or if you have anything you would like me to post and share with others I can do that too!
