Friends of mine like Chairman Kaga (Master of the Universe)
Also, a man by the name of Brett Morgan, who apart from being incredibly cool, also managed to down 10 bourbons, 5 beers, 15 jelly shots, 4 shots of straight vodka, and half a bottle of "cheap wine shit" - a solid effort right there
And I'm not insecure
Or even image conscious
But I Daydream too much
And I'm scared of mediocrity
I don't have a "top friends" list
Devoid of the tendency to valuate my friends
I like a girl
I dig life
I'm not sure if everyone is coming down to the Gong at the same time, but if we are, we'd absolutely love to do some shots near where you did "the ocean" - that looks absolutely beautiful. Would love to see you do your thing at the Oxford also, i'm sure even in bad light you'll do amazing work.
:S if you don't like our music that's perfectly fine dude, but i'm a little confused as to why you would want to take photos of us, maybe i'm missing something here.
Adhit. I read one of the books, the assassins apprentice one.
It was quite good. Plainly written but that's the way I like it. A few nice little bits in there. Pretty standard affair but still nice.
The second book I tried to read, I got like 60 pages in and bailed. It was just all over the place. The author used words that were either made up for this world of his, or were words that I didn't know, or just didn't seem to make sense in the place where he used them and overall, it left me confused.
Nothing had happened in the first 60 pages, and that's cool if the author just gave me SOMETHING to go off. It was all present tense, so I just had absolutely nothing to hold onto.
So yeah, I'll probably find more of the Farseer books, but none of the other ones. You've got me back into reading though lad, so it's all good. I have the thirst back =D
Sydney's a pretty hectic place but, in general. So you'll probably link up with some photography club at USyd and take pictures of Sydney awesomeness and then Ron Howard will come along (I don't know why Ron Howard) and he'll be like 'hey, this guy has talent AND he can give me a back massage.'
And your life will be set from there on in. Sounds good to me.
FUCKING YES! I've been watching this shit for ages! I even watched a whole show one time!
Oh man, its ridiculous. Check out some of the songs, and all the guest appearances. And I have a hat somewhere just like the host but I can't find it =(
i LOVE boards of canada! i stumbled across some of their stuff last year. okay, i shall definitely look up caribou and foals. not really a deerhoof fan i must say, but i shall ask her about that song.
as for the photography, its alright. i started playing around with some of the padres filters which was pretty fun. but i have nothing to take photos of!! my folks are getting very sick of me following them around with a camera. haha. how about you? how'd your photos come out from the other day?
There is a new Animal Collective album out very soon, I'm downloading it as we speak. Pitchfork gave it 9.6/10, and if this fucking intense artwork is anything to go by the album is going to be hectic
It's not animated! It's a still image! It's fucked!
