| Member Since | 4/29/2007 | | Band Members | As I started to compose seriously in 2000, the band was actually a real b a n d, meaning, a group of musicians. I held on to the idea of a live band all the way into 2004, though we had only one gig (KST, Belgrade, June 2003). I have worked with dozens of people and realized in the end that it is not (yet?) possible to function when a band has 10 members...after disbanding the last live crew, I started working copletely by myself. That's when everything became much better, and I recorded my first album. No more trying to please every band member, to calm every torn soul, to bend over to "constructive criticisms" and "creative ideas". Working alone is the only way to succeed.
After all of that, I was lucky to find a couple of people who were easier to work with, and the album "Winter is coming" was recorded, with the following musicians at the studio:
Pavle Sovilj - violin, male vocals
Jana Aleksic - vocals
Mina Kovac - vocals | | Influences | There is a lot of bands that have influenced my work. The heavy stuff that I have done has been compared to Haggard or Lacrimosa, though I myself do not agree entirely. One thing is for certain - when considering the ambiental-epic-darkwave songs that I have done, bands like Arcana, Dargaard, Die Verbannten Kinder Evas and similar are a definite influence. The album "Winter is coming" has been inspired by George Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series. The PC game DaggerFall (one of the best FRPs I have ever seen) is a huge influence, both for the ideology and music. | | Record Label | Unsigned |
