Oblivion was formed in the summer of 2007 in Struga basically as a progressive metal project between the then 'Hatred' drummer Riste Matoski and guitarist Igor Koteski who recently came out of 'From The Inside' and became a free artist. Second guitarist was soon found in Milan Poposki who at the time also played in Hatred and vocals were took over by Simona Todoroska, who had no band experience before. The band composed a number of songs but things didn't go very well with Riste so his permanent replacement was found in Jasmin Bajramoski (ex-From The Inside), after the short participation of Marjan Vlakeski (who played in Grimus and few other bands at the time). The more things change, band members decide to change their music style from progressive -out of all boundaries- pathetic death metal to a more listenable and interesting genre that could be described like death metal with lots of influences from bands of the thrash, progressive, classic rock and modern metal fields. Bassist Marjan Gjonceski also joins the band and Oblivion has its first gig on 16.02.2008, a local gig in a club called "Empire" in Struga where they perform three of their songs and a cover of Slayer's classic "Raining Blood". The band is very well accepted by the audience and its first gig will be remembered as a very successful one, but however few weeks later Marjan leaves the band and replacement is found in Hendrik Zinger from Ohrid (who played/plays in thousands bands, including Grimus where the lead guitars are also played by Igor). This five guys are still in the band to this day, and in the meanwhile they started the recording of their demo "Grave Of Sanity" which will consist 5 songs once it's released('Never Free' can be heard on this profile). On the seventeenth of January 2009 Oblivion perform on the "Odi Vezbaj 3" festival in their home town, a gig even better than the first one with awesome atmosphere and obviously a band to be risen soon. Of course one of the most interesting things about Oblivion is the female growl vocals performed by Simona and the undefinable genre. Plans for future gigs, songs and recordings are growing wild every second, but we'll see what of them will come to life. In the meanwhile, any comment and critic is welcome!

drugarcinja ocigledno e deka fid bekot od celiot nastan vas ne vi se sviga no mislam i pokraj seto toa ne smeete da vregate i da se ponasate poso vikate deka nikogas nema da se vidime NE ke se vidime sk sega na rock fest ne zaboravajte a za vasiot nastap sekoja cest no comento ali razlicni principi , razlicni stavovi , razlicen sluh se vo prasanje nego manje bitno so vreganjeto nema niso da smenite odlukata e donesena ostanuva sega samo da se raboti realnosta e taja a so se odnesuva do toa deka nie sme nekoj spasiteli na ovaa podzemna scena ke ti kazam ne batkovci tuka gresite nie ne sme spasiteli nego lubiteli i ke prodolzime so taja nasa lubov i ponatamu so vakov odnos nemozete nikade i niso da postignete pa se najdobro momci se gledame na rock fest ke pijame nekoe pivce i ke si pozborime se razbira ako nemate protiv
