OBSOLETE was born and existed primarily in Whittier, CA. (The Land Of Poetry) With a racial background so diverse that "O" is actually no race, thus OBSOLETE, A True Twilight. Surfer parents kept OBSOLETE in the ocean almost every weekend where some speculate attributes to her natural sense of rhythm. The mid 80s, teen angst and Reaganomics caused OBSOLETE to roam the desolated deserts of the United States till reaching San Francisco. "O" finally met like-minded souls to create art, music and chaos with. THE AGENT FOR ALLIED soon formed with OBSOLETE as the vocalist/lyricist. SUBTONIX came calling shortly after seeking a keyboardist. These two cult bands made a lasting impression on those lucky enough to be there. Dissolving THE AGENT FOR ALLIED and playing her last show with SUBTONIX at the first LADYFEST in Olympia, Wash., OBSOLETE returned to her native soil of Los Angeles. Playing several exclusive shows as THORNAMENTAL II and sharing bills with SUBTITLE and ADLIB, OBSOLETE was ready to get "OBSOLETE" back in the bay. In San Francisco OBSOLETE has played shows with THE VANISHING, SECRET SOCIETY OF THE SONIC SIX, FUCKWOLF and ERASE ERRATA (to name a few) OBSOLETE is "On The Air" and "In The Air" Always Stay Tuned...
