CHEESE! **************************************************************** THIS USED TO BE MY LIFE, ICE SKATING THAT IS, AND EKATERINA GORDEEVA USED TO BE ONE OF MY FAVORITE SKATERS. SHE WAS A PAIRS SKATER UNTIL HER PARTNER AND HUSBAND SERGEI GRINKOV COLLAPSED FROM A MAJOR HEARTATTACK AND DIED ON NOVEMBER 20, 1995 (THAT'S THE DAY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY). I WAS REALLY TORN UP BY IT. A YEAR LATER, EKATERINA CAME BACK TO STARS ON ICE AND PERFORMED THIS PROGRAM IN HONOR OF SERGEI. IT BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES EVERYTIME I WATCH IT AND NOW I'M HAPPY TO SHARE THIS BEAUTIFUL PERFORMANCE WITH YOU ALL.     Anything Anne Rice The Da Vinci Code. I also liked Angels and Demons and Deception Point. Dan Brown's a good writer. I'm into Phillipa Gregory. She writes the best stories about the Tudor era of England. I've gone through her books on Henry VIII's first two wives and I couldn't put them down. I highly recommend these books especially if you like history because she weaves fact and fiction so well, you can believe that THIS is how it all actually happened. And right now, I'm REALLY into the Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamilton. I'm on book 12 and I can't get enough. Asher is one of the sexiest vampires next to Angel, Henry Fitzroy, and Lestat!..

Shut up, I know she was a character, not a real person, but she was someone to admire. Even though she didn't want anything to do with her destiny, she knew it was the right thing to do and so she stood up and fought. She grew up quickly and I know how that feels. She was human and had flaws. She's definitely the coolest superhero out there.

I love to ice skate, in fact, I really, really miss being able to be the skater I used to be. My favorite band is (haven't you guessed by now?) HIM! I love to hang with my friends when I can. Got myself a new job with some great people and great pay and amazing benefits (my mom's jealous of my benefits). Road trips w/ my closest friends are the best. My best friend and newly found sister Ashley aka Mary lives in Metro, IL (The home of Superman... Somebody feed that tight wearin freak some kryptonite already!) Uh..... I have aspirations of world domination through the magic of sound waves. (And if you play the CD backwards and hear a creepy voice on there telling you to throw cupcakes at your dog.... That's me!)
