Jornada del Sol are Pet-C West and Pete South

Since years both musicians pursue one target: good music that excites and emotionalizes people. The island Ibiza with its musical suspense is the great example. Let it be the dreamy sunset in the west of the island with gentle guitar sounds or the tough house beat in the clubs with their long time experience they perfectly manage these borders without deviating from musical quality.

Although a lot of dance tracks have been composed and produced in advance in recent years, in 2002, however, a calmer album with the title Licence to chill was published. Thanks to very good critiques, the album has become an unusual sales success for this genre. Still today the tracks are played by DJs worldwide for chilling out and invite for dreaming.

In summer 2005, works on the new album SeaSun Club - going to be published in 2007 have begun and head more for Club Music (among others) with the unique Bossa Nova mix of Rio Summer Night. The song Rio Summer Night, which has waited for its realisation for some time, has been produced very fast thanks to the application in an advertising campaign for the brand "Scotch-Brite" with support of the 18-year-old singer Marashiva from Cologne and has been published on 9 June 2006. The CD contains seven tracks of the song and lasts more than 30 minutes.

Pet-C West lives in the Southwest of Germany and works as a successful composer, songwriter, studio musician (guitar player, keyboarder, programmer) and lecturer. Numerous publications accompany his musical career for more than 30 years.

Pete South lives in the South of Cologne and on Ibiza. Life and love is the house music. With his unique studio equipment, his musicality and his experience as a DJ he is a sought producer who, however, remains in the background in order to keep his family away from the usual hype.

RIO SUMMER NIGHT

From the beginning, the song appears in different styles, by which a dream of producers comes true: a slow Bossa Nova version, spectacular dance acts, a breathtaking electronic house version, a very popular radio edit - and for the World Championship a stirring football version.
