Some of this, some of that. In particular, I love long baths and relaxing with a glass of wine.

My music choices depend on my mood. I like all sorts of stuff. Some of my favorites are: Nina Simone, Sarah McLachlan, Brian McKnight, Jagged Edge, A Perfect Circle, TOOL, Incubus, Lil Wayne, Nirvana, Keyshia Cole, Alicia Keys, Maxwell, Eightball & MJG, Three Six Mafia, and the list goes on. Basically, I like anything that either relaxes me or makes me wanna get down!
Movies
I love horror movies (good ones), but any good story will do.
Television
Project Runway, Girlfriends, Flavor of Love, Top Chef, The First 48, Judge Judy, and Good Times
Books
Anything by Toni Morrison. My favorite is Song of Solomon. I also love Wuthering Heights (by Emily Bronte) and The Poisonwood Bible (by Barbara Kingsolver).
About me: It's been a while since I've updated this lil blurb about me. Well, it is now 2009 and I'm finishing up my PhD at UAB. The next step will be internship and I still haven't figured out where that might be. Life is exciting right now. I have a great family, dear friends, my two babies (cats) and a man I grow more in love with every day. I'm excited to see what else God has in store for me and my loved ones.
