Wherever possible we use organic produce, grains and dairy products. Our steaks are all natural Certified Angus Beef. The cattle are never given any antibiotics or hormones and have a strict vegetarian diet of all natural feeds and forages. This is the standard for the chicken as well as our pork. Our seafood is wild caught, not farm raised. Taste the difference.
