In many cases they were killed twice- once by the cops, who acted as judge, jury, and executioner, and again by the media, which sought out any "bad" info about the person to try to justify the killing. But aren't you supposed to get your day in court? |

About me:
2006 is the 11th year that there'll be a National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, Repression, and the Criminalization of a Generation. There have been protests in the SF Bay Area during all of those years- once in Oakland, 2005 was in San Jose, and most years, in San Francisco.
