been compared to a few new rock bands, listen and decide for yourself.
Octave Down - founded in 1998 by Trey Aucoin;
played covers and originals through february of 2005. All over the Gulf Coast area, at any venue that would have us. Everywhere from Dauphin Island, to Biloxi, Ms. to Pensacola, Fla. to Satsuma, Al. We learned alot about ourselves, and a few musical lessons in the midst. As with everything else, it was a growing lesson in progress the whole time. Any experiences we had were by trial and error, from p.a. equipment, to revolving band members.
The most memorable version of the band is the one you see on this profile now, along with the original songs in the player. We made a lot of lifelong friends along the way, and this profile with these songs was created so that anyone who wishes to revisit this band will have the opportunity to do so.
There may be a reunion somewhere down the road, and it will be announced on here as soon as any information is confirmed. But until then, feel free to listen to the songs, they are for you.
