Todo comienza alrededor de Marzo del 2006, cuando se reunen Adrian y Edgar en un parque, Edgar estaba buscando guitarristas para un banda de Hardcore de la cual era manager por ese tiempo, al empezar a hablar con Adrian ambos se dan cuenta que existian los mismos gustos por un determinado genero musical, Adrian menciona que conoce a otro guitarrista llamado Arturo, ambos tambien estan en la búsqueda de musicos para realizar un Tributo a Brujeria. Se decide que para ver si existe la química necesaria para armar una banda el Tributo a Brujeria debe llevarse a cabo, se concretan dos fechas una en el Equinoccio el 05 de Abril del 2006 y otra en el Taypi el 04de Mayo del 2006. El show en el Equinoccio es de un exito total no solo por la cantidad de gente asistente sino por la confirmacion de que este grupo podria llegar a ser una buena banda de Metal. Durante el 2006 siguen algunas presentaciones mas y la banda empieza a componer bajo las ideas y riffs de ambos guitarristas Arturo y Adrian, ya por mediados del 2007 se abre al posibilidad de tocar como banda invitada en la batalla de las bandas del Colegio Calvert, ese show fue un sueño pues toda la gente gritaba por Octubre Negro como si fuera una banda super consagrada y famosa, en este show la banda estrena baterista con Enrique, quien esta en la promoción del mencionado Colegio, entre Julio y Agosto del 2007 se hace la preproduccion del EP, se graba en los Black Heart Studios entre Agosto y Septiembre del 2007, ademas que la banda decide sumar el talento de Julia como vocalista, esta idea rondaba desde 2006, cuando Adrian y Arturo tratan de convencer a Edgar de que Julia es la voz indicada para la banda. Cuando Edgar asiste a un show de Julia con su banda queda totalmente convencido de que con Julia la formación de OCTUBRE NEGRO esta completa. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=E_N_G_L_I_S_H-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Around mid-March of 2006, when Edgar was searching for two guitarrists for a band he was a manager he met Adrián, they start talking about music, bands, etc., and both realiced that they have similar tastes about music, at that time Adrián was searching also for musicians to form a tribute band to play Brujeria, Adrián's friend Arturo was a guitarrist and they need the rest of the band musicians: bass, drums. Both decide that the Brujeria tribute band should be formed to check if there is some chemistry to form a band later with own material, they prepare two shows one at Equinoccio on April the 5th of 2006, the other show at Taypi on May the 4th of 2006, The show at Equinoccio was a total hit, because of the amount of people that attend the show, and also because the group confirmed that there was chemistry enough to start composing own material. They have some shows in 2006, also they start to make some demos around Arturo and Adrián riff ideas, in mid-2007 they were invited to perform at the Battle of Bands at Calvert Highscool as an invited band, that show was incredible, all the peolple screaming, the was a huge mosh pit, it look like the band was a big and known band. At this show Enrique starts playing with the band. Between July and August of 2007 the band stars pre-production of the EP, they recorded the songs at Black Heart Studios from August to September of 2007, also the band formation was completed with Julia on vocals.
