NEWS - 11.15.2009 - OCULTAN HAS STARTED IN NOVEMBER 15th, THE RECORDINGS OF ITS NEXT ALBUM
Ocultan has started in november 15th, the recordings of its next album, Atombe Unkuluntu, which will be released in the beginning of 2010 by Free Mind Records.
The recordings are being made in Z7 studio, the same studio which recorded the last 3 albuns from Ocultan.
After the end of recordings, the band will spread the coverart from the album.

O Ocultan dará inicio hoje, dia 15/11 as gravações para o próximo álbum intitulado Atombe Unkuluntu , que será lançado nos primeiros meses de 2010 pelo selo Fremind Records.
As gravações serão realizadas no estúdio z7 em S.paulo , o mesmo estúdio que foi responsável pelas gravações de seus 3 últimos álbuns.
Após o termino das gravações banda divulgará a capa do álbum que já esta finalizada.
NEWS - 07.03.2009 - OCULTAN REVEALS THE NAME OF THE UPCOMING ALBUM
The controversial Black Metal band OCULTAN, announces the name of its next album, which will be released by the Free Mind Records in early 2010. The title chosen was "Atombe Unkuluntu" in the Kimbundu language, used by the Kihuende, which will also be present in some verses of the songs.
Besides the Kimbundu, the album will have lyrics in English and Portuguese, the instrumental section of the album will continue the line of its predecessor, "Regnum Infernalis", released by Pazuzu Records.
The band already has almost all the songs ready, one of them "King of the Night Tribes" is present on the DVD "Ceremony of Hate" released in 2009 by Mutilation Records.
NEWS - 07.03.2009 - OCULTAN REVELA O NOME DO PRÓXIMO CD
A polêmica banda de Black Metal OCULTAN anuncia o nome do seu próximo álbum, que sairá pela Free Mind Records no início de 2010: o título escolhido foi "Atombe Unkuluntu", na língua Kimbundu, usada pelos Kihuende, que também estará presente em algumas frases do disco.
Além do Kimbundu, o álbum contará com letras em Inglês e Português, com todas as letras presentes nas duas línguas no encarte, no quesito instrumental, o álbum continuará na linha de seu antecessor, "Regnum Infernalis", lançado pela Pazuzu Records.
A banda já possui quase todas as composições prontas, sendo uma delas "King of the Night Tribes", presente no DVD "Ceremony of Hate" lançado pela banda em 2009, sendo o primeiro do estilo no Brasil, pela Mutilation Records.

NEWS - 04.24.2009 - OCULTAN SIGNS WITH FREE MIND RECORDS
After the release of the DVD "ceremony of Hate" the controversial band Ocultan, announces the sign of a deal with the Brazilian label Free Mind Records for the release of the upcoming album yet without name. "It's really grateful to see the growing of the label and how many high-level bands We are able to release, the deal with Ocultan just confirm it!", states Rodrigo Balan, Free Mind's head.
The material will be released until the beginning of 2010 and the band already have 5 new compositions, one of them, 'King of the Night Tribes' can be watched in the DVD. The album will be conceptual, addressing issues related to the historical roots of Kimbanda, that was practiced by ancient Bantas tribes belonging to the kingdom of Angola-Congo.
The instrumental part will follow the evolution of the last album "Regnum Infernalis" and the songs will present lyrics in Portuguese, English and Kimbundu (language of the kihuende).
The cover will be made by the renowned Brazilian designer Rafael Tavares, who already worked with Immolation, Ophiolatry, Anarkhon and others.
NEWS - 04.24.2009 - PRÓXIMO CD PELA FREE MIND RECORDS
Após o lançamento do seu DVD "Ceremony of Hate" a polêmica banda de Black Metal OCULTAN anuncia que fechou contrato com a gravadora paulista FREE MIND RECORDS para o lançamento de seu próximo álbum ainda sem título. "É gratificante ver o crescimento do selo Free Mind e quantas bandas de alto nível estamos podendo lançar, assinatura de contrato com a banda Ocultan só vem corroborar com isso!", afirma Rodrigo Balan, dono da Free Mind Media.
O material deverá ser lançado até o início de 2010 e a banda já possui cinco composições prontas, sendo que uma delas, 'King of the Night Tribes', faz parte do track list do DVD. Este álbum será conceitual, abordando temas relacionados às raízes históricas da Kimbanda, que era praticada pelas antigas tribos Bantas pertencentes ao reino de Angola-Congo.
A parte instrumental continuará na linha de seu ultimo álbum, "Regnum Infernalis", e o CD ainda contará com um total de sete ou oito musicas, sendo três musicas cantadas em português e o restante em inglês, algumas frases serão pronunciadas em Kimbundu (língua usada pelos kihuende).
O responsável pela capa será o renomado designer Rafael Tavares, o mesmo que já trabalhou com bandas como Anarkhon, Ophiolatry, Immolation entre outras.

Ocultan has just signed with the brazilian label Mutilation records for the releasing of its first DVD, "Ceremony of Hate", that is going to be filmed during the band's live appearance in 05/10/2008, in Belo Horizonte/MG. Besides, the DVD will present an interview, band's history and discography.
