Ode To Nothing started in late 2005, a rock band out of Hawthorne Nevada with progressive tendencies. In early 2006 the band released their first album entitled "(Act II)". That album brought media attention (both TV and radio) to the band in the Nevada and California areas.
Soon after, Ode To Nothing was added to the roster for the American cancer Society..s Relay For Life were they met producer/engineer Todd Rold and begun working on their second release. "Anywhere..s Better Than Here" was recorded at Watersign Studios in Reno NV.
by owner/producer Todd Campbell, and producer/engineer Todd Rold. The album was released in mid 2007. Anywhere..s Better than Here received radio play in California, Nevada, Montana, New York, England, and Australia, the album was in select stores all the way to France.
Ode To Nothing (Zak Domogalla, Josh Gonzales, Ron Bryant, Sean Weissman, and Dave Haak) parted in early 2008, due to many personal decisions, from furthering college education, to raising families, and pursuing the music industry in different ways. As every one in the band are still close, life has had a different calling for every member. Josh is starting a family, with a baby on the way, and can be found rocking out in his new project (to be announced). Zak and Sean can be found working closely with producer Richard Finch.
