About Odyssey - Get your Knitting Factory Tix for $5!
We formed in early 2007 to create instrumental progressive rock and metal. Our influences cover many genres ranging from metal to jazz to blues and beyond. The music can be brutal, melodic, technical, dynamic, mellow, etc. The goal is to make music that all types of people can enjoy. We love music and love performing and hope you can make it to one of our shows.
We have just released our debut album "Objects in Space". It's 8 tracks of instrumental progressive rock/metal that clocks in at 60+ minutes. You can get your copy at any of our shows or through this page.
We've played with a wide variety of bands; we've played with a blues band, a jazz band, experimental, alternative, hard rock and metal. It has been great to play with bands from genres other than our own, rather than being stuck in one scene. The response has been better than we hoped for.
We have shared the stage with the following bands:

Hey! I want to go to your show pretty dang bad! Especially since I need some pictures of metal bands. But it looks like I probably won't make it :( I only have money for Zombie Mosh on Friday, then I'm broke. And I promised a ton of people I'd be at The Hop on Friday. I wish I could go on Saturday! D:
i knoww!!! im sorry no one was getting that into it. i was secretly moshing so insanely hard core. in my mind lol your music is so amazing!!! im so glad my friend convinced me to go!! my friends and i are going to drive out there so we can hopefully catch one of ur shows!! and this time ill be able to buy a cd. lol =] u guys are going to be big!!! no worries =] AHH i loved it!!
