Øzz worked a long time. Manged to make some songs when he could play guitar, sing and write descent lyrics. Some friends agreed to help him play them. They recorded the music onto a computer and the rest is history.
Now they have played the music loud on a stage a couple times. And want to do more it often and also hopefully other places than Bergen.
Øzz and the Islanders have many influences wich is to many and boring to mention.
Currently recording and looking for new gigs.
Da får vi endelig sett hvem som må vike av oss to. Denne byen er jo som kjent ikke stor nok for TO ultrakjekke hvite gitarspillende mannfolk i sin beste alder. Jon Olav teller ikke siden han ikke er myndig enda.
Lasso (elastique) play at Sound Of Mu (Markveien 58, 0550 Oslo) this Sunday, October 4th. We're supporting indie-folk band The Burning Hell and Black Molly, both from Canada. With three acts playing and us probably on first, we could be starting as early as 8 p.m. I expect entry will cost around kr 50,-
Tuesday, October 6th, Lasso play their own concert at Månefisken Café (Sagveien 23A-5, 0459 Oslo). Between two waterfalls by Oslo’s river, Akerselva, lies the legendary Moonfish. That’s where Lasso go sunfishing. Entry is free. 9 p.m. should be a good time to come.
clairvoyance. OMG I can feel it. øzz need to call the toilet phone sunday morning. You'll get the first angst- and stress relieving thai chi lesson, in teaterparken, for free.
