Offending Command is the sound based work of Mateo Zlatar, chilean graphic designer.
In late 2005 OFFCMD made its live debut at MonkeyTown in Williamsburg, New York and has produced a bunch of singles and remixes.
In 2006 OFFCMD joined the forces of Radio Isla Negra for a weekly dj show named “Offending Material” which most likely made the number of connected people drop more than grow everytime the show aired.
Before OFFCMD, Zlatar had produced an album in collaboration with José Miguel Tagle (vocals and lyrics) under the "Lampa Listening" name. During 2004-2005 Lampa Listening’s unauthorized remix of Hall and Oates “I can’t go for that” and a remix of the classic chilean radio jingle "Aurora" both charted in Radio Concierto for several months.
OFFCMD currently operates in Brooklyn, New York and is pretty busy preparing an EP for chilean label NICEDAYZ
