The Return of the Valkyria:

Sometimes miracles happen, and they smell like Valhalla!!!!!

(THE ITALIAN TWINS AND THE VALKYRIA :PART II). (part one was from the New York con last year)

Ok. Can you all imagine the happiness Isa and I felt as soon as we knew that the Xena Convention would take place in Europe?

We were in New York last year, and after such a great time, we were aware that it would be almost impossible to see Xena's gang again in this lifetime.

BUT…..MIRACLES HAPPEN.

We immediately checked if our beloved Valykyria would be coming to England, and we were at first disappointed, because her name didn't appear among the guests at the con. So no chance for us to see Brittney again in this life!!!

But, after some days, we discovered that the Valkyria was about to land on British shores, and we will be there, waiting for another unforgettable meeting with Brunnhilda!!!

Folks, Brittney is so amazing, stunning, sweet, gorgeous, wonderful, awesome, well in one word.. TALENTED...EVERYWHERE.

We know you all want the details, so let's start:

The 2nd night we were at the Hilton lounge bar drinking with some friends...the huge glass door rotates and...she appears.

Yes, she doesn't come or show up like everyone else, she simple appears, like a vision, a mirage. One moment she is near you, the moment after she disappears . Like in a dream....

And it is a dream which comes true when she smiles at you, hugs you (it is like being wrapped in softness), or stares at you, with those two wonderful eyes that she has. Or talks to you with a voice which sounds like a spell. Well ...only a sense of disbelief remains in your heart and you keep wondering.. was it a dream??.. Was she real?? Was there something in my beer??.. Am I still alive?? ..And then you go on with your life, suffering from post traumatic syndrome. well that is what happened to Isa and I.

So….In details. That night she appeared dressed in a long elegant black coat, and underneath it.. well just Brittney herself!! Man.. much better than any Armani, Versace, or Dolce and Gabana !!!! When she saw Isa and I…she didn't realize immediately who we were….but then she remembered the Italian twins who stepped on her feet when we first met her in New York! In fact, when she noticed the cast on my broken right arm, she was so nice and funny to ask me "who did you step on this time???"(did I already mentioned her smile?) Well….I only remember I hugged her with my left arm while with my right one in cast, I was probably crushing some of her ribs….then I remember I kissed her on her cheek and I was so happy to see her again….we gave her an Italian perfume we brought from Italy and she was so kind, sweet and nice to open it and to spray it on herself .

So, with my idiot smile, I babbled something like "I'm happy you like it, and when you use it you can think of us"…..or something like that. My words were barely English-like. We were brain tied, tongue tied, heart tied. I only know I had my eyes open cause she is so beautiful that all I could do with my dumb senses was stare at her!!!! Isabella , who was trying not to look like an idiot, could only manage something banal in English like "can we take a picture with you?"…god what a moron!... And you know what? Brittney couldn't do it. She said she was sorry and just when Isa was saying not to worry because we could understand it, this incredible woman bent down to Isa, kissed her again and whispered into her ear " if I can, we will do it personally later"….ok stop everybody!! Can you imagine what it feels like to have this woman whispering that into your ear? Now you can also imagine Isabella's face…she was completely paralyzed and Brittney had to ask her twice "did you understand it?" …yes yes she did understand it but she was momentarily shocked and …in heaven!! …..and it is not finished yet!!!!

The day after, while we all were waiting for Brittney’s appearance at the con., I chose that moment to go to my room and…thanks Odin for the Valkyries… I met her near the lift!!!! I was shocked again….she was walking towards me….well…..not to me, it was the only way she could walk through. But I dreamt she was walking towards me. And looking at her I opened my arms, the good one and the broken one, and imagined her falling from her high heels directly in my arms. I said…."please Brittney, crash on me…crash on me"….and so she did!!!!! Yes….she hugged me tight and smiling she told me she was wearing the perfume we gave her the night before….and she invited me to smell it from her gorgeous and sexy neck...and so I did it!!!! …..I smelt it ….and to be honest….I kissed her neck…..I mean….it wasn't what I was supposed to do, I know it, but my lips, on her soft and fragrant neck, they moved automatically. I didn't mean that, but my body decided for itself. And I have to thank it. What an experience!!!!!! And since I am a lady, I won't tell you anything else. :) Only that it took to me hours to recover myself. I had her smell around me all day long!!! And I had a smile which didn't want to fade away!!

Then she talked at the con and she was really funny and smart . She bewitched her fans, again and again. I hope we all could make her feel she is so loved and admired in Europe too. Not only in America. Then….such a good hearted person as she is, she offered her bra for charity. For the Desi Geestman Foundation that she helps. She is really an amazing woman, inside and out.

Then, we all run to have the photo session with her…and once more, she was so gentle and kind with us two…what a woman!!! Unfortunately, the last time we saw her, she was about to take a plane to fly away again. We didn't have the chance to say a proper goodbye to her, just a quick wave and a smile while she was having breakfast.

So we do it now: "Brittney, thanks so much for being such an inspiring person. Thanks for finding the time to come to Europe, for the smiles you gave us.. Cause we know they come from your heart. Thanks so much cause a simple hug from you means so much for the fans who love you. We wish you and the people you love , all the happiness of this world. We wish you that your career dreams can come true. We hope to have the chance to see you again…if this can't happen, we are so grateful to have crossed your path for some moments. We love you"

27th January , 2008..day three of the Burbank Xena convention:

OK, today was Brittney Central. The day started with the breakfast, which was a little different this year as there was no charity auction (something to do with a change of local law) so the stars had more time to get around to see everyone. Brittney was the last one to remain there, and made sure she saw every table. She really is just the biggest sweetie.

After that there was a gathering of all the fan club members who were able to make it here at which time we gave all the presents to her. She got a poem that had her face in the top corner of the background, a clock that showed a cartoon version of her and her son, 2 stories written especially for her , a cross-stitch of her eye, a video of clips of her xena character Brunnhilda, put to music, and a song written for and about her. Brittney was blown away by the whole thing, and the thought and care that we all showed by taking the time to show how much we love her.

Brittney also had those of us who were there , sign the christmas photo montage for her. Weird being asked by celebrity to give an autograph. It's usually the other way around!

A few hours later was Brittney's stage appearance - I swear she got a louder cheer than Lucy and Renee (well almost..) The video that Fiona made and shared with us recently, was a winner in the video competition and was shown as her introduction. (it was f'ing awesome) .She expressed her deepest gratitude to all her fans (specifically mentioned the fan club and how much she loves us) and our generosity to charities, and her. She told us a little about the Desi Geestman Foundation, and the work she does with them, raising funds and awareness, she told us about a group for single mothers that she supports, who in turn supported her recently, as a single mother. Tyson, her son, came up on stage, and he is such a cutie.. He spent half the time completely ignoring what was going on and just watching himself on the big screen behind him. He is a really well behaved and lovely kid, and it's great to see him and Brittney interact.

She auctioned off her bra - and it was a gorgeous black and pink silky number... Jackie (who won the first auction) and Fiona were in a serious head to head bidding war for the Bra, and when the bids got to $3000 (yes, that's three thousand dollars) it was suggested that they get one bra each, and the over all winner would get to have first choice of bra's and get to remove it with her teeth!!! The final bid, and the winner, was Fiona at $4800.... Jackie's last bid was $4700, so overall just under ten THOUSAND dollars was raised using Brittney's bra for the Desi Geestman Foundation. An amazing amount of money for a very worthy cause. As Fiona is now a local she let Jackie remove the Bra , and will get another from Brittney some time in the near future. Again Brittney was seriously blown away by the generosity.

After that were the photo op's. We all had our own individual ones, and whilst I didn't see the line for Renee, the line for Brittney was longer than that for Adrienne Wilkinson and Tsianina (said Cha-nina) Joelson put together. She is a gorgeous woman, who wouldn't want a photo? After we had our individual shots, those who were in on the act got back on the end of the line and all put on matching "We love Brittney" t-shirts and 16 of us (including her manager and her manager's friend and her minder for the day) all had a photo with her. Again she was blown away.

After all of that, and a stunt show from Zoe Bell, she and Brittney signed anything and everything you put in front of them (well almost, I tried my chest, but unfortunately it remains ink free).

And that's all folks... It would be great to have everyone here, but please know that Brittney knows you're all out here, loving her and supporting her, and she has continued to express so much gratitude this weekend, and amazement that we all care about her.

I think that this gorgeous, talented young woman entered the bar in slow motion…but it may be my impression…slow motion, sweet music, perfume….and wow here she is! And while I (Isabella) was trying to think “Do I dare to say hello to her? Do I dare to even stare at her? Am I going to faint?”, my beloved sister-twin Monica, what does she do? She smiles at Brittney, makes a move towards her and….she steps on Brittney’s beautiful right foot!!! I cant believe it!! I spend lots of money, I take my sister with me in USA after a 9 hour flight and what does she do?? She steps on Brittney Powell’s foot!! I decided I could die in this moment but Brittney hearing and seeing Monica’s confusion and apologies, instead of 1)killing her, 2) calling a police man or a body guard, 3) shouting her out of the bar or 4)cursing her like a sailor….nope…Brittney bursts out laughing, hugs poor Monica and tells her not to be too worried about that because, she says, smiling and lifting her right arm muscle,…”look don’t worry I'm FIT”…Oh God she is definitely fit!! And so much more….and at this point Monica , now calmer and more at ease, smiles back at Brittney, takes her hand, puts it on her belly and says ..” yeah.. and this is FAT”…and we all laugh. All is well what ends well!!

After the session I feel so so…charged, so full of happiness and energy, I sit down on a chair near Fiona and I talk with her…I must be really “crazy” at that moment because Fiona is able to make me promise her this report about our meeting Brittney. In English! Hahahah “ok ok I will do it”, I say…for you, for Brittney, for myself…because in a way, I have the chance and the luck to live again those days, those moments, to go again in Heaven.

But the bra... Brittney is... well, as an ex-Playmate, you might expect her to have an attractive body. She was wearing a low cut dress and, every now and then, a little lace peeked out at the crowd. Somehow it became part of the discussion and, before you know it, Brittney was auctioning it off for her charity. Okay... it's a nice bra... yes.... But is it worth $1100?

Perhaps not, but the charity certainly is. I did, however, get a photo of the victor and her spoils (of which I will be sending her promptly).

The point is... CHARITY!

Okay, the point is also the idea of removing Brittney's bra, but that's just topping. So to speak.

Brittney also auctioned her Bra off at the Xena convention held in Secaucus in New Jersey in June 2007. The winner of this great treasure was Brenda (picture above, with Jackie the Jan 2007 winner). This bra auction raised $310 for the Desi Geestman Foundation. The winning amount was then matched by the very generous Steven Sears.

Episode Summary: Nightmare on Chett Street : Lisa creates a new magical invention- Dream Chairs. These chairs let Gary and Wyatt enter the minds of anyone. The date of the gig is the same day that Matt's dad is planning on taking a family trip to the Grand Canyon. The band plans to get the date of the tickets switched by posing as Van Halen. - The band also neglects to let Sly in as manager of the band.

Episode Summary : Double Date: Sharkey leaves on a vacation and leaves Tony in charge. Sly, the wannabe money-maker that he is, talks Sharkey into throwing a big Hawaiian-style part at Sharkey's, complete with a cover charge for every partier there. Sly books the band to play the party. Trouble is, Matt has already promised his crush, Randi Jo, that they will perform that same night at her sister, Debbie's, wedding.
