Mostly, I enjoy reading in my limited free time. When I am not working or working out, I am kicking a soccer ball, shooting a basketball or playing with matchbox cars with my 2 year old son, Ben. Aside from that, I love cooking, baking and the occasional crafty project from MarthaStewart.com.

About me:
I've played Sami Brady on Days of our Lives for 15 years now. I know - sometimes it seems like forever, and sometimes it feels like I started last week. Lots of changes over at Days recently, it feels new and different every day.
I wrote a book a few years back about growing up on Days and struggling with my weight... Mostly the concept for the book came about in an effort to answer all the questions I get from fans. it's entitled "All the Days of My Life, So Far".
Right now I'm juggling two jobs. Days and I'm also the ne host of the Biggest Loser (Tuesday nights) on NBC. I am so lucky and proud to say that both shows are near and dear to my heart. And I love that I work with people who inspire me and teach me every day.
I have such a wonderful family too. My husband, Dave and I are the very proud parents of our 2 1/2 year old son, Ben. He is such a fantastic kid and we laugh and have fun with him everyday.

I was 15-years old and watched the first broadcast and have watched every since. I have grown up, married, divorced, had my children, buried a child, married and divorced again, went to college, changed professions a couple of times, moved across the U.S. loved and been loved all to the sound of Mac's "and these are the Days of Our Lives". Hi Alison...Thank you so much for the add. I admire you so much in what you do!! I can't believe that you not only act a major role in Days, Host biggest loser, and not to mention raising a child and having another member of the family soon. I've watched Days for 16 years and going. My family's also a big fan of Biggest Loser! I met Matt Cedeo in MI at a soap thing. It was really cool although he seemed very shy.
