Mostly, I enjoy reading in my limited free time. When I am not working or working out, I am kicking a soccer ball, shooting a basketball or playing with matchbox cars with my 2 year old son, Ben. Aside from that, I love cooking, baking and the occasional crafty project from MarthaStewart.com.

About me:
I've played Sami Brady on Days of our Lives for 15 years now. I know - sometimes it seems like forever, and sometimes it feels like I started last week. Lots of changes over at Days recently, it feels new and different every day.
I wrote a book a few years back about growing up on Days and struggling with my weight... Mostly the concept for the book came about in an effort to answer all the questions I get from fans. it's entitled "All the Days of My Life, So Far".
Right now I'm juggling two jobs. Days and I'm also the ne host of the Biggest Loser (Tuesday nights) on NBC. I am so lucky and proud to say that both shows are near and dear to my heart. And I love that I work with people who inspire me and teach me every day.
I have such a wonderful family too. My husband, Dave and I are the very proud parents of our 2 1/2 year old son, Ben. He is such a fantastic kid and we laugh and have fun with him everyday.
hey ali i hope you have a great weekend and that cake fight b/w sami, nicole and chloe was friggin hilarious!!!! i loved every second of it lol. I hate the nicole character but i love her at the same time because whatever comes out of her mouth its always funny lol. Sami just needs to be with EJ b/c she knows she has feelings for him, & then put chloe and lucas together (no offense to you guy' chemistry but i've changed from a lumi fan to an ejami fan) & then Nicole well idc really care who shes with LOL!!!!!

I just wanted to say that TV Guide is absolutely insane for not including you in the Soap's Sexiest Females countdown. i DVR'd it mainly to see how close to #1 you fell and I was just shocked. Kelly Monaco has nothing on you girl, you are beautiful, graceful and damn sexy! I'm proud to say you are someone I look up to. Sami is the main reason I've been addicted to Days since I was 12 and I also loved your book it was inspiring, you rock!
