“The Rock” is dedicated to the thousands of spouses who have sacrificed in
their own way during this War on Terrorism”. They didn’t ask for it, but
they are standing their own ground and meeting the test of time. All you have to
do is watch the deployment and return of military units, and the expressions on
the faces of the wives and kids, they tell the story.
That is what “The Rock” is about. The woman nobody sees, hidden behind the warrior. AJ was that woman. She stood by her man and still does today. Now we stand together with USA
Cares volunteers and the thousands of families who keep the home fires
burning.
“How can you help?” is a question we often hear, one way is to take a
copy of this song to your local radio station, introduce them to USA
Cares. You can also purchase the USA
Cares Tribute Song here. And remember to remind your local media and radio that over 180,000 families have a loved one mobilized in defense of our great nation. Ask them to play the song as a reminder of those left behind.

"I love you, sista! Life is short. Break the rules. Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile. Today is sister's day, send this to all your sisters even me if I am like one. If you get back 7, you are loved. Happy Sister's Day! I am only as strong as the coffee I drink, the hairspray I use and the friends I have. To the cool women that have touched my life. Here's to you! Be Happy! Pass this on to all of your girlfriends!and return it to who sent it to you!"
