"I'MA Take IT"
Bio
It takes C.ourage H.eart A.nd D.edication to get through the C.haos H.avoc A.nd D.estruction replies the hip-hop artist and Detroit native C.H.A.D. The Change when asked the origin of his name. Hailing from the Motor City's poverty-stricken eastside it is easy to understand such reasoning and drive. Coming from an area where violence is as routine as the sunrise and sunset C.H.A.D. The Change was forced to persevere through different homes almost yearly, violence, gangs, and drugs; hence the inspiration in his name.
Originally C.H.A.D. The Change was part a hip hop group in Detroit, but after members of the group went to jail and other misfortunes he found it necessary to embark on his solo career. C.H.A.D. The Change music is rhythmically addictive and emotionally moving. Though he is commonly compared to rappers Ludacris, Ice Cube, and 2pac, C.H.A.D. The Change is unique. His music is a breath of fresh air.
"C.H.A.D. is unlike anything I've ever heard. He's the next big artist. Some say he sounds like Ludacris, but really, he has all the ingredients to be the next 2pac." - Marcus "NuMusic" Stephens, platinum producer
Need proof? Just ask the radio program directors in 10 different cities over 5 different states where his hit new single "I'ma Take It" is being played 2 to 3 times daily. Or maybe ask his street teams in seven cities over five states. Or maybe even the club DJs who spin his records or the club promoters where he has performed. The proof is in the pudding. His producers are the well-known platinum production team NuMusic who have produced for the likes of T.I., Young Jeezy, Yung Joc to name a few.
After listening to two of C.H.A.D. The Change mixtape CDs, C.ourage H.eart A.nd D.edication and C.haos H.avoc A.nd D.estruction, Elliot "Sandman" McCray of 91.3 FM WDOM in Providence, RI had this to say,
"I had Young Joc up here a year before his smash came out and I told yall the song (It's goin down) was going to be the next big hit. I had Shop Boyz up here and I told yall they song was gone be the next big thang too. Well I'm here to tell first before anybody else does, ladies and gentlemen, he himself is the next big thang. It's not just one song it's his whole everything as an artist."
- Elliot "Sandman" McCray of 91.3 FM WDOM in Providence, RI
