Chris Lee is originally from Sevierville, TN. In high school he started a very busy, semi-professional, recording music career by singing in a southern gospel group called Crossing Over. From all that he had learned from his family, his high school choir director, his friends, and from his first recording experience, he knew he was being called further into music. After graduating from Sevier County High School in 2001, he attended Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, TN, and he received his college diploma there on May 14, 2005.
On December 18, 2004, Chris embarked on the most exciting journey of his life he got married. His wife Anna Lee is now in graduate school at Vanderbilt University. She is his biggest fan, and you can see her at nearly every event where he sings. They live in Murfreesboro, TN where Chris is also the Director of Core Youth Ministries at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Chris’ heart for worship is evident in his music whether he is leading worship or writing songs inspired by life, love, and Gods abundant grace. Chris first EP, entitled New, is hoped to show Chris’ heart. He is trusting that God is going to use it to impact lives in some way. His prayer is that as you listen to the music and read the lyrics, that God would be glorified. He wants God to move through this music in such a way that when you turn the music off, you would walk away a different person.

Man I was just in Nashville last week. I'm seeing one of the sisters in that group. They live there so I hope to be around more. Lets hang. When you're ready to do a studio project lemme know man I'd love to help!
still thinking about it for sure! let me know about that ticket if she really does have it. james was planning to come with me, but at this point i'm not sure that is going to happen... but i do have the time off (which is a good start)
=]
thanks for thinking of me!
how are you doing? hope all is well with you and your wife. we were just up in your area on sunday! maybe next time we can all meet up.
Christopherson... Derek Webb and Sandra McCracken are going to be at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville this Saturday, May 5. Just thought you'd like to know...
Chris-- I know, 10 points. It saddens me. But, if you want some comfort, just know this: the media portrays things in a way that will drum up the most fear in the least amount of sentences. His pledged delegate lead is still fairly enormous, and the superdelegates are all fairly cautious of jumping on board with Hilary (because THE PEOPLE are behind Obama). Don't lose faith. Like Proverbs says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." I think this is the year of Jubilee. Also, we should get together then. I'm serious. We NEED to all hang out. I've got some ideas for a concept album and I wanted your thoughts. Later, bro...
Chris, hope things are going good for you and Anna. Enjoying some of your new music and it sound Great as Always. Are you plaing on coming to TWc graduation, I hope to make it up there and we will diffently have to spend time together. May God continue to bless you many ministries. Talk to you soon... Karl
