Younes Sahmi alias DJ Green est un artiste aux multiples facettes.
Ce passionné de la Progressive House est parmi les premiers DJ producteurs nationaux à exporter un son 100% made in morocco . Son single « The Call of istanbul » à reçu l’appui de grands DJ de la scène électronique mondiale tel que Peter Presta , Thomas Penton, et DJ Tarkan.
Après un passage remarqué au nirvana club, DJ Green décroche en 2008 une nouvelle résidence à l’amnésia. Il présente chaque semaine une session radio « Progressive Beat Power » sur les ondes de Rabat chaîne Inter.
Son nouveau single « Sexy Sounds » sortira bientôt sous le label « Impropa talent » à Los Angeles....................
His name is Younes Sahmi and at the age of 20 he's already had 5 years of experience under his belt. He was born in RABAT the capital of MOROCCO. GREEN is a DJ and producer. In 1997 a few small appearances as a DJ at parties marked the beginning of his career. Only one year later he discovered House music and its belonging underground clubs and culture. The atmosphere created by the totally different crowd and the endless rhythms of the music instantly caught his attention and made him leave all other styles of music except HOUSE MUSIC . Actually he is the DJ resident @ AMNESIA RABAT , His DJ influences are Carl Cox , Hernan Cattaneo , Sasha ,Paul Oakenfold ,Matthew Dekay . I enjoy music,national travel (for this moment), partying, writing, clubbing, raving, dancing, tv and movies, all style of house music , photography , shopping, and fashion
