    Erick Right is an American R&B/Pop singer/songwriter of Puerto Rican descent known for his collaborations with many artists such as Alexis y Fido, Wisin y Yandel, and DJ Nelson. He is influenced by many music genres as reflected in his body of work. Born Erick Rodriguez in Brooklyn, New York. He was raised in Union City, New Jersey where he began displaying his talents in musical theater at a very young age. The transition into becoming a recording artist occurred when he was introduced to a local DJ who was looking for talent to collaborate with. It was a short lived union, but he continued working with many of the local talent. By age 17, he began performing for promotional recognition among clubs and venues in the New York/New Jersey area. Erick amassed a large local following through these performances. He later gained momentum when he began to work with major Reggaeton artists, beginning with his first introductory feature on Alexis y Fido's "5 Letras remix". After garnering positive attention for said remix, he was featured on three studio albums including Wisin y Yandel's Grammy winning album for Best Latin Urban "Los Extraterrestres". He was also featured on a number of official remixes, most notably his collaboration on DJ Nelson's "Strip Club " which gained radio airplay and production of a music video. With gaining popularity and demand, performances have extended to many cities in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Erick Right has a strong, growing international following and online underground audience that follow his music. With numerous very successful remixes, Erick has made his presence well known in the viral world. This includes Youtube videos with over one million views and comments from fans all over the world, english and non-english speaking fans alike, praising his body of work. With many awaiting Erick Right's explosion onto the mainstream music scene. Working on a debut EP album Erick says, "I have a lot in store for my upcoming projects and a lot of noteworthy collaborations", says the young well spoken artist, "I'm at the very beginning of it all and I have more to come." This young singer/songwriter has the potential of becoming a future superstar with a very promising career.
