I saw the original Night when I was 5 yo. I was scared poopless! So when I was 9 Star Wars came out and my dad (who is the biggest Romero fan) waited till I was 10 (when it was re-released) to take the family to see SW. All the theaters and driv-ins were packed. We went for pizza instead and low and behold....Dawn is playing at the theater right next to the pizza joint. 10 and watching Dawn! I was in heaven and started to enjoy my nightmares! Thanks George! You ROCK!!!! What did you think of Stephen King's "Cell"?
I have been a fan of yours for a very long time and have gotten to meet you in person in Nashville,Tn. EVERYTHING of the dead has been a very big part of my life, and keeps the gore filled wheels turning inside my head haha! Thanks for the many years of enjoyment, and you're KING of the Zombies hands down! Cannot wait to see the new masterpiece Survival of The Dead!!!! Let me know if you ever need an extra Zombie, for I'd be there with Intestines on!=)
Hi GEORGE ROMERO!! what are you doing? You come to SITGES FESTIVAL CINEMA 2009 to present you NEW ZOMBIS FILM? I have a ticket to see your new film in sitges !!! i was amazing to see the more zombis and the incredible history. Well see you son in sitges bye cheers!!
Hey ya'll! I caught "Survival" at the FantasticFest Screening here in Austin last Friday and I thought it was awesome. It's a return to the style and flavor of Day of the Dead, with a great plot and fine performances. There's a little less gore than you guys might be hoping for, but there's still lot's of juicy treats. Pray it comes to your town!
