The blues is a religion and Husky Burnette sho nuff preaches it. It's back to basics with this style of the blues. His music is gritty, raw, soulful and southern deep-fried with influences stretchin' from Muddy Waters and Gram Parsons to Skip James and Rory Gallagher. After playing with several regional acts over the past 13 years, Husky finally released a self-titled solo album in 2006 and the EP "Snake Oil Salvation" in 2007. Keep an eye out folks, he's bringin' this dirty-ass brand of hillbilly blues religion to the masses.
