Lost In Thought are a five-piece Progressive Metal band from Swansea, South Wales.
The band has a wide variety of musical influences, blending Progressive Rock, Melodic Metal-core, Classical Music, Heavy Metal, and Symphonic Rock to create their unique sound. From these musical influences, Lost In Thought's music consists of both heavy and catchy riffs, large orchestrations, melodic guitar and keyboard unisons, accessible vocal melodies, odd time signatures, and dynamic ballad sections.
