Working hard, constantly revising what he has done before and never being too quick to write off constructive criticism, Rö stands prepared to accomplish all he sets his sights on. "I am heavily influenced by creative people, and it goes in phases, Amy Winehouse, Alanis Morissette, Usher, Timbaland, Nelly Furtado, M.I.A., Missy Elliot, Diddy (for his constant reinvention) Prince, Gwen Stefani, Eve, Nickelback, The Fratellis, Lily Allen who I swear is on something but she still kicks ass, ah so many so little time."
Not forgetting about his local artistes, Rö continues to name his influences,
"Shontelle definitely, she is talented but remains grounded and thankful. She works hard and when I heard about her signing with Universal Motown I was ecstatic for her because I felt she deserved it. Of course I have to mention Rihanna seeing as she is currently the biggest thing out of Barbados with multiple number ones across the globe. Recently, I developed a profound respect for Livvi Franc whose music I stumbled upon one day while browsing local artists and I said, she has a unique talent, now she too has been signed. I am really happy for them all."
