Nancy Wilson, along with her older sister Ann Wilson, have fronted the Seattle rock band Heart for the past 30 years. While Ann is the lead singer on most of Heart's recordings, Nancy is the lead vocalist on hits like "These Dreams", "Stranded", "There's The Girl" and "Will You Be There (In The Morning)"
In 1999, Nancy Wilson released "Live at McCabe's Guitar Shop," a live CD, and her only solo album to date. Wilson, who is married to Cameron Crowe, also composed the entire score for his film Elizabethtown and played a role in making music for most of his films including Almost Famous, Jerry Maguire and Vanilla Sky.
Heart toured this summer with Journey and Cheap Trick and is currently working on material for a new album slated for a early 2009 release.
In October of 2009, "Baby Guitars" was released --Nancy's set of 10 original pieces composed after the birth of her twin sons. It is available exclusively through Amazon.com.
