Reload started in 1992 as a solo project of Mark Pritchard, releasing dark, atmospheric, industrial techno on his and Tom Middleton's label Evolution Records. A few releases in and Middleton joined in on production for a few tracks, and "E621" the name of a chemical flavour enhancer, was added (Reload & E621) to delineate his "flavour enhancement" or co-production on a track. The same set-up evolved with Pritchard's tracks under one of his other monikers, "Link" (Link & E621). As Middleton became more involved throughout the production of the "A Collection of Short Stories" LP, the "&E621" was scrapped, for simplicity's sake, and Reload came to refer to both Pritchard and Middleton, also known as Global Communication, Jedi Knights, Secret Ingredients, and The Chameleon.

To understand the mysteries of life you must look around and within. You will see patterns everywhere; patterns that seem to manifest themselves over and over again. These patterns exist intertwined within nature and man bridging the gap between the enigma of self and universe. You see them in spiraling galaxies and the Mandelbrot fractal of fossilized Ammonoidea; growing from the unknown to atoms to molecules to solar systems to galaxies to the paradoxical expanses of the universe with origins and destinations unknown; just like us in birth and death.
Thanks for the add, I love your music btw, awesome!

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed. " - Albert Einstein
