Danish Heavy Metal band created by guitarists
Martin Impaler and Simon Constrictor in 2004.
Joined by Michael Galheim on drums and Morten Monolith on bass,
Serpent Saints finally found the perfect singer when they heard Therapist
screaming and howling like mad at a Judas Priest concert.
Therapist knew of the bands reputation as both filthy and drunken rejects,
but joined when the band promised him complete artistic control.
At first, this proved to be less successful.
At one point the band was dressed as tough bikers,
but the satanic beliefs and image the members already had,
suited the band better.
In late 2006 four tracks was ready to be recorded,
but days before entering the studio, Michael Galheim simply
disappeared. The missing drummer wasn't really working
out at rehearsals, so the decision was made to part ways.
Soon after Morten Monolith realised he had a family to
provide for and therefore sold his Bass and Leather pants...
Biography Part 2.
The search to replace drummer and bass player lasted only
a few months. The tunes seemed electrified and 20 years older
when Lars Olrik showcased his old school drumming and
Ryan D’Molisher broke all amps and rules of decency with his thumping
basslines. Meanwhile Impaler and Constrictor had written faster
and darker tunes. One would become known as “Leather Lucifer”
(a sad tale of love, death, resurrection and what to do when her flesh decomposes.) Serpent Saints entered a local recording studio in October
2007. Five tracks was recorded, mixed and mastered in four days,
resulting in the “Leather Lucifer” Promo. Therapist had perfected
the lyrical style in the title track and would soon perform exclusively
in black denim, studded leather and bloodstained facepaint.
November 2007 saw the band performing their first liveshow.
The show was an assault on the senses complete with
spikes, chains, skulls and a bloody Nun in a cage.
Truly marking the revenge of Danish Heavy Metal.
Serpent Saints is currently booking live shows
and writing material for a full length album.

yeaaaah it was cool to meet you again guys! Hope you had a good time as well! This festival was just awesome! I mean all the bands were cool, the audience was just relaxed and supportive as hell! We had a fucking blast!
