Troy Helms was born in Wayne County Michigan ,as a preachers son at the age of 9 years old,Troy traveled many different places on the coast and living under poor conditions.
Troys 1 out of 5 brothers who stuck to his guns and striveing at the age of 14 to be the next biggest song writer in the future of this ever changeing world.
Troy was self taught and had an open mind and has great ambition to take his music and himselfto levels that would be impossible to reach,and will show everyone that his dream is not over yet. and that they do come true,if you never ever quit and stick to your guns.
Troy have in many bands and performed in front of large audiences,
he also brings onstage explosive presence,and high energy,he also wants the audience to leave in a note where they wont forget the show they have witnessed and the music they have heard.
Troys goal right now is to bring to the music and non music scene a sound and show they would never ever forget.
Troy has a beautiful family married for 19 years to cindy helms,and 2 beautiful children,brittany 15,and nicholas 7.
Troy struggles from time to time,livin off pay check to pay check,
he also has 2 jobs,lawn service and works at night as cashier at belair grocery market,and also rides bike to work 4 miles up and 4 miles back,thats the sacrafices you have to make in music and family.
Troy wants to give his family the life he hasnt had,he doesnt want to see them live the life that he was growing up to.
So with his High energy,Hgh ambition and Explosive Musicianship,TROY HELMS is here to Conquere the future Music Scene to the Fullest!
