About me: SOUPY SALES was the host of his own hit children's TV show in the 1950s and 1960s (Lunch with Soupy Sales, The Soupy Sales Show) with costars including puppets White Fang, Black Tooth, and Pookie. Guests who have been hit with pies include Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, Jr. His other TV appearances included episodes of The Rebel, Burke's Law, Ed Sullivan, Route 66, Hullabaloo, Sha Na Na, Hollywood Palace, Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas, The Tonight Show, The Dean Martin Show, Tony Orlando and Dawn, Beverly Hillbillies, Love American Style, Love Boat, Wings, Boy Meets World, Black Scorpion. He was a frequent panelist on game shows including What's My Line? (also Mystery Guest), Match Game, To Tell the Truth, The $10,000 Pyramid. His films include The Two Little Bears, Critic's Choice, Birds Do It, This Train, Holy Man, Black Scorpion Returns, The Innocent and the Damned, Angels with Angles, and Palmer's Pickup. Soupy has been hit in the face by over 25,000 cream pies! Which makes him the foremost authority on pie throwing!!
