........ .. .. .. .. ........ .. .... .. .. .... .. .. Terracide was established in Pico Rivera, California in 1989, and originated as a Thrash Metal band. In 1990 they recorded a demo EP entitled "Devastated Future", and introduced it to the public playing several years of shows throughout Southern California, opening for such prestigious bands as Morbid Angel and Nile. After many years and many line-up changes, the band took a much needed break. Original members Rich Vejar and Vic Silva decided to restructure the band and take it in a more brutal and heavy Death Metal direction. They acquired drummer Efram de Leon and bassist Rob Becerra, and in 2008, went into the studio to complete their newly released EP, Divine Prophecy.
