Offlicence are a multicultural group who pride themselves on being the only East/West Indian group in the UK. There music is a mixture of Bhangra, Hip-hop and R&B, fused together with their experiences of growing up in modern Britain.
The group consists of: Sunny J (vocalist), Lexeye and Projay (MC's).
Offlicence are creating a whole new sound off their own, experimenting with different styles and musical genres is what this group is about. Their uniqueness resides in their various cultural backgrounds which are reflected in their music and high energy performances, it’s easy to see why Offlicence are so loved by their ever increasing fan base.
Offlicence talents have been sought after by numerous artists & producers within the Bhangra industry. Collaborating with Apache Indian (Indian Ting), Panjabi By Nature (Jaan Panjabi), Notorious Jatt (Gabhru Na Pyar Hogeya), & Nachattar Gill (Hauli Hauli Nach) to name a few.
With an album ‘Desilution’ and mixtape ‘Dancing Kills it’ under their belt, 2009 is set to be another great year for the West Midlands based collective.
