Hello, hello! Semi-political, climate friendly, nowhere near religious and alot
of nonsense with a message every now and then, just like any other world saving bands.
This is a four-piece punk rock institution straight out of eastern Norway (Hurum/Oslo),
with a billboard proclaiming the value of global warming as an increasingly high market
price. We're all shareholders of the ozon-layer, and we want you to work just a little
harder to get it back in shape. And not to risk that gas masks and clear water will
become the new oil.
The tunes are slightly fast, melodic, there's no way to avoid mentioning that they
enjoy music from artists such as Rancid, J.Cash, Strike Anywhere, The Clash, Strung
Out, Tom Waits and numerous other fantastic songwriters and composers.
Offpist released the debut-album "DeahRace Circus" in December 06, as a follow-up to
2004's acclaimed Ep "Self-titled". A new album is taking shape, and a few tracks will
surely be posted on MySpace for free streaming.
We travel wherever we can to export a power-chord formula, with all the energy we can
give, with the hope that we can contribute a little more to keep the air fresh. We're
not ready for the mask-age just yet.
