The Offshore Electric Company was formed in 2007 out of the merger of the Kingston based Offshore Heavy Rock Concern and the United Electric Company. After receiving securities approval, the conglomerate worked quickly to produce and distribute electric rock through their self titled debut, and are currently expanding operations to Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
