Really good down home people!!!! "If all do not join now to save the good old ship of the Union this voyage nobody will have a chance to pilot her on another voyage." The Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln "I have never studied the art of paying compliments to women; but I must say that if all that has been said by orators and poets since the creation of the world in praise of women were applied to the women of America, it would not do them justice for their conduct during this war. Sorry for the delay in the message. Hope you don’t mind…

When we truly let go of past hurts, hang-ups and disappointments and choose to live in the moment, in the now, in the PRESENT, life truly can be a GIFT.

Hope you liked this one. :)

Also, if you like these, shoot me comments letting me know, join me on my Facebook page and when I send you a link to my website once it gets finished next week, be sure to go it and sign up and I’ll send these to you there as well. Take care

I hope this comment, aka 'Tankism' finds you well today. Enjoy and stay in touch. :)

When you wake up in the morning be sure to ask yourself, "Am I looking for LIFE to bless me today or to give me a struggle?"

MINDSET: it's the steering wheel to the vehicle that drives our lives. Which way you going today? :) Take care

Hello, my friend. Another Tankism to brighten your week. Hope it helps :)

Look at life from the perspective of what you have NOW, what you are grateful for NOW. If you continue to look into the PAST as to what you have lost, when you open your PRESENT, you will not like what you get. However, by focusing firmly on where you are directing your FUTURE by thinking on those things which are good and pure and what you do want to happen, as you unfold your PRESENT, you will find the gift that you know you really want. And, it really is that simple. As a wise person once said: If you believe you can't, you're rightif yet if you believe you CAN, you're right. What do you believe? :)

The trick is to stay focused on what you want to happen and let go of what you do not... cuz if you keep seeing things as they are, convincing yourself that you "have to" because that's reality, then it will always be your reality. want to change? it's as simple as changing the who, what, how, why and when of what you look at and FOCUS on... DAILY :)

Tankism #25 Have a great week :)
PS: see if you can "see" the picture below. It's pretty cool...

Failure is the best part of success. They are like yin and yang; you can’t have one without the other. So learn to celebrate your failures. Truly successful people even say they are successful because they have failed more than anyone they know. They keep trying and each time it doesn’t work, it’s just a learning experience. So, go out there, Fail, Learn, Succeed. Fail, Learn, Succeed. Say it with me now, Fail. Learn.. Succeed!!!

Put it this way, you CANNOT get hung up on when something doesn’t go your way. If you stay fixated on the failure, then you cut off the other two steps: Learn and Succeed. Fight the temptation to dwell on the failure with EVERYTHING you’ve got. Get excited about failing! Then Learn, Then Succeed!!!

Tankism’s baby :)

Are you a glass half empty or glass half full type of person?

When life presents you with “experiences”, do you see them as problems that you can do nothing about or moves in a game and your job is to find the solution so you can “win the game?”

Have you failed in life or merely learned ways how not to do something on your way to achieving the life you know you deserve?

Do you live in a hostile world or a world that’s beautiful and full of possibilities?

Are you a know-it-all adult that no one can tell anything to, the world sucks and that’s just the way it is, or do you have child-like faith and can see things like children see them?

This week, let the kid in you back out. Laugh more…Appreciate more…Be thankful more…Help more…BE MORE…You were meant to be abundant, so go out there and start your treasure hunt :-)

Tankism #22 Be well this week my friends…

Today is the day that I consciously decide to find things to be grateful for in my life.

Today is the day that I will no longer allow my circumstances to control me.

Today is the day that I will live my life on purpose and by design.

Today is the day that I stop being so selfish and begin to look for ways to be helpful to others, which helps me anyway.

And, although the rest of the world may be tuned in to C.N.N. (C.onstant N.egative N.ews),

I’m not because,

T.errific!

Today, I’m going to live in such a way to help someone else GETT IT, too :-)

Your mind is like a garden and your thoughts are like grass, beautiful smelling flowers and weeds…
If you want grass to grow, you need to “plant it,” water it and take care of it.
If you want beautiful smelling flowers, you need to plant “beautiful smelling flowers,” water them and take care of them. Whatever you want in your garden, you need to plant it, water it, take care of it.
Now, sometimes your garden will have weeds and you need to pull them out. The thing about weeds… they grow automatically, rather you plan them or not.
What are you planting?
