remember when you had many hours a day to scour the internet for music, making dozens of CD-Rs for friends and even semi-friends? designing crappy, amateurish personalized album covers and writing your own cheesy-ass liner notes? for most people, this was called college. maybe for you, it was a prolonged period of unemployment. maybe it was a summer at home with your parents that lasted until you were 33.
needless to say, sadly now, you're sort of an adult. you have a dayjob that more often than not drains you of the will to live. you no longer have the time or the drive to find the good music. well now myspace friend, i've made the effort for you.
do we simply regurgitate what other music blogs are doing? in a word, YES. but we digest the music thoroughly beforehand, and we put it all on one plate. that's gross.
