Oliver Knowles is a session violinist who additionally writes string arrangements. He has been playing the violin since the age of 5. He was classically trained up to grade 6 but continued tuition without grades to play to a Grade 8 standard. Other experience includes:
Several European tours with a String Orchestra, a four week U.S. tour with the band Yndi Halda (myspace.com/yndihalda). Above are some of the bands he has written arrangements for. He is currently working on a few more arrangements which should be ready to hear in the new year.
He also plays violin in the band Crowns on the Rats Orchestra (myspace.com/crownsontherats).
