Born in Barnaul, Siberia and raised in Kazakhstan, Oksana was introduced to the piano at a very young age. She won her first international competition at age nine and has been wowing audiences ever since. After moving to Florida and later in Los Angeles, the classically trained pro quickly got down to business: a degree in piano performance, several world tours on behalf of the U.S. Navy and the United Nations, seven CDs and her own instructional video.

Hello Oksana and Alex! Jeanne and I saw the Insider story. Strange way to find out friends are having a child! That's such greatnews! It was great to see you on tv, even if the rest of the story was completely absurd. I wanted to hear more about you, your beautiful music and the baby coming soon! Who actually cares about Mel what's-his-name anyway? I wouldn't have paid attention at all to the story if I hadn't seen your picture.
