Nos encontramos haciendo ruido desde principios del 2000, cuando empesamos por aquellos años la banda se llamaba Eat my Shorts, quienes la integraban eran: Lafon; encargandose de las voces y guitarras, Ignacio; al bajo, cantando algunos temas, tambien haciendo coros, y por ultimo Cesar en bateria. La banda graba un Ep llamado Golden years con varias influencias apuntadas hacia el punk rock, hardcore, etc.. Al año siguiente recien llegado del viejo continente se une Johnni en guitarras conformando asi la formacion final. Despues de algunos cambios de instrumentos, integrantes, etc.. la banda decide cambiar el nombre a Old Lost Pride, componiendo la mayor cantidad de temas con letras en castellano y sobre todo volviendo al mas primitivo rock n' roll tomado como influencia en la banda , asi como el sonido sureño y siempre sin dejar de lado nuestras raices apuntadas al punk rock , grabamos como demo un Ep con cuatro temas el cual es distribuido y producido independientemente por la banda. Pasado un tiempo, finalmente encontrandonos con material, decidimos empesar la pre-produccion de nuestro primer larga-duracion el cual actualmente contiene 14 temas. y cuales cuatro de ellos los vas a poder escuchar en nuestra lista de reproduccion... De donde somos?, Old Lost Pride es una banda de San Martin (Buenos Aires) ,lugar donde pasamos gran parte de las noches de fin de semana y compartimos variedad de fechas con bandas de la zona, acompañados por bizarros individuos con botella de cerveza y/o fernet siempre en mano.. Quien perdio el orgullo? ninguno de nosotros... generalizando un poco el titulo forma parte de lo que hacemos o mejor dicho a como sonamos, el mas puro punk o rock n' roll quedo ya estancado unas decadas atras y en parte el nombre de la banda refiere a eso, apuntando mayormente a bandas de los 70s.. la explosiva mezcla de sonidos entre ambos estilos es un poco de lo que vas a encontrar en este larga-duracion, agregando siniestras frecuencias inspiradas en cortes como Fin de los tiempos , o El ultimo hombre , etc. basadas en algunos trabajos del mismo Vincent Price, productor y guionista de peliculas del genero terror, el cual en cierta forma influencio a este primer proyecto de la banda en alguno de los temas contenidos en el disco , sobre todo letras de los cortes mencionados anteriormente, tambien uno de los track del disco es version acustica de "sweet heart" uno de los primeros temas de la banda el cual venimos tocando unos años atras, y un "say eat my shorts", el clasico reversionado con un sonido todavia mas crudo.. ...

I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
