Old Star King is an all-original music ensemble that plays everything from straight ahead jazz and latin to through-composed pieces.
We have recorded 3 albums: Trio o' Four, Dynamic Equilibrium, and the most recent, Silent Yellow god. Each C.D. contains between 8 and 12 pieces of music, and all are available for purchase. The music is all original and is written, produced, and copyrighted by Robert Winokur.

The playing is going well. I recently acquired a Music Man Stingray and I couldn't be happier with it. Overall, my musicianship seems to be improving, or maybe its just a temporary phase. Anyway, hopefully we can meet up for a lesson sometime soon. And speaking of that, I recommended you to this child who was looking to find a bass instructor.
