About me:

Olgaradio.com is a project that was launched on my Birthday of this year (2009). Many husbands give flowers and jewelry to their wives for special occasions, but my husband is unique! He made me an internet Radio Station! Knowing the passion that I have for music and radio, he made it possible for me to pursue my dream that I've had since a little girl. At the age of 5 many heroes to young girls in the 80's were Michael Jackson, Madonna, or if you were Hispanic it was Gloria Trevi, Veronica Castro, Fey and many more Musical Artists.But mine was different, its was simply the Beautiful voice that you heard on a daily basis on a Radio Station in Chicago, WIND La Tremenda! Maria Luisa, was MY hero! I knew that one day I wanted to be like her. I knew that one day Radio was going to be my focus and passion in life. At the early age of 16 I got my start at a local Radio Station here in San Antonio, Radio Jalapeno KEDA where I got my start as an intern working weekends and learning the ropes. I landed a position my senior year as an "Air Personality" and met wonderful well known artists and worked there for over 10 years. My time there was ended when I decided to become a full time wife and mommy. Although I missed it and never forgot about Radio, my life was more precious to me being able to raise my children and be alongside my husband! I learned important values during this time and that is to put God first then your family and everything will fall in it's place. Since then, I have worked for promotions for various organizations in town for the Entertainment Industry. Music, Theater/Film. The "Arts" here in San Antonio is amazing! Although we started off to be San Antonio based, but by the POWER of God and HIS favor, we now have expanded across the nation! We play independent artists from all across the U.S.! There is so much undiscovered talent just waiting to be heard. My goal is to intercede (stand in the gap) for those who have passion in what they do! Enabling Ministries to be able to Reach the World! I pray that God will use me as HIS tool to be able to reach the lost and more importantly help those get out there and use the talent and gift that God gave them!
