ジャマイカンレゲエシンガーの父親と敬虔なクリスチャンの母親の間に生まれた彼女は幼い頃か
ら自然に音楽に触れて成長した。3歳の時に父親のレコード、“People Are You Ready?”にのせ
て、その歌声を記録したのがシンガーになるきっかけとなった。その後ジャズコーラスやウエ
ディング、イベント、CMなど多種多様なプロジェクトで彼女の歌声を響かせている。来日以来、
日本のミュージックシーンでもソロアーティストとして活躍してきたが、その後、韓国歌手“K”の
レコーディングに参加、毎年“K”と共に日本国内ツアーで巡業している。その他、“中森明菜”の
2006年秋にリリースされた“Destination”においてはバックコーラス以外にも、作詞・作曲を手が
け参加している。そして“中島美嘉”・“浜崎あゆみ”・”LAVA”・“HY”や”Home made 家族”のレ
コーディングやライブに参加して、2007年始めから夏にかけては、A.I.（アイ）のバックコーラス
に参加し始めた。
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada to Jamaican parents; a former reggae singer for a father, and a devout Christian for a mother, it was only natural that the music bug bit at a young age. It was at the age of three, to be exact, when Olivia's father, first recorded her singing the classic reggae song 'People Are You Ready?'. It was just for fun, of course, but little did he know that he had ignited his daughter's musical spark. From rock to r&b, gospel to ska, pop to house music, she carries that love of music and that sweet soulful voice still today through her work with various Japanese independent and major label artists. Olivia has worked with the likes of: A.i., Akina Nakamori, Ayumi Hamasaki, CALM,Homemade Kazoku, K, DJ Kawasaki, LAVA, Mie (Pink Lady), Mika Nakashima and many more.
