I love the outdoors and doing cool shit like hiking, camping, going offroading, water sports, snow sports, picnicing, finding a quiet spot under a tree in a secret garden with a book (yeah that's my ideal).

Movies
Disney Movies are at the top of my list. The Incredibles, Harry Potter, Labyrinth, Crash, Day after Tomorrow, Dracula, Interview with a Vampire, Princess Bride, Be Cool, Tommy Boy, Kil Bill. etc.... I just love good flicks.
Television
I can totally get lost just looking at how beatiful nature is. That's all the television I need. But when my ass can't enjoy that, I'm totally addicted to Law & Order (all of them), CSI, HGTV, Food Network, Animal Planet, all those educational shows too! That's the nerd in me that won't die and I like that about myself! ;o)

Books
I love Anne Rice. I have many of her novels. I am also big into fantasy and science fiction novels. I have all the Harry Potter books. I just love them. Now I'm reading Aragon and Eldest. I have just read the first 2 books of the Kushiel's series and now I'm reading the 3rd one Kushiel's Avatar. I read a new author I have heard about Gregory Macguire (?) he wrote Wicked, SOn of a Witch, COnfessions of an Ugly Step Sister, and Mirror Mirror. Well, I read Mirror Mirror and it was great so I went and bought the rest of his books and I'm reading them one by one. Chewck them out if you like those fables. There pretty interresting.

Exhaustive list of Nutrients
I have a list of vegetarian sources for every of these nutrients if anyone wants to see that, let me know. I'd post it here but it'd take up the space of like 40 comments. Basically you HAVE to eat greens, beans, nuts, cruciferous veges, yellow veges and mix a couple drops of povidone iodine into a daily glass of water. The iodine is very important. It becomes growth hormone in your thyroid which fuels the growth of your brain and body. It can effect your IQ by 15%! It's mostly in seafoods but seafood is grossly contaminated with mercury due unfiltered coal power plant pollution.
