I sing and play guitar and harmonica, I read, draw, write, and dance... hmm. Interests like hobbies, or interests like reading about light in National Geographic, looking at pictures of tattoos from all over the world, learning what makes things tick... I like to take long walks, see new things, and ponder stuff.

Books
Hmmm...this is a tough one. I love so many books. I'm usually reading several books at once.
Some favorites: The Robber Bride by Margaret Atwood, Blond by Joyce Carol Oates, The Lord of The Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien (haven't finished the trilogy yet), shopgirl by Steve Martin (yep, Mr. Steve Martin), Get In The Van by Henry Rollins.
Some more of my favorite authors are Dorothy Parker, Mark Twain, Edgar Allen Poe, James Thurber, Anita Loos, Ray Bradbury, Stephen King, Paul Zindel, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Diane Ackerman.
I enjoy reading books with a female protagonist, but I am by no means a "chick book" kinda gal. I like some of those, and despise others. I used to be a voracious fiction reader, but in the last few years, I've really gravitated toward non-fiction: Biographies Books about other cultures (including American sub-cultures) Laymen's science, ("nuclear physics and biochemistry for the everyday bloke") Animal psychology, physiology and symbology books

Norma Jean Baker (Marilyn Monroe) Steve-headed Pig Benton, Esq. Dave Chapelle Samuel Clemmons (Mark Twain)

Young upstart producer Nick Vogt sliced and diced together a brand spankin' new music video for underride. The Candy Girl vid from the album One of Us features guest appearances from our favorite KISW Rock Girls.

Thanks for the add! It was nice to see you again at the Clipper, even if we didn't get the time to chat. Hope all is well and see you again in the not too distant future I hope-

This weekend was not a good one for me to have coffee, sorry. I am trying to get a Bocce Ball game together for Thurs, Fri, or Sat. Wanna? I'll let you know what day/evening..xo Kitty
