No but I live on the military base and across the water is an airport but Ive never in 7months of living here heard a noise like that before I could literally hear the engine of the plane it was crazy like I was standing right next to it.
omg such a man to think you know ... my hormones are fine .... if i was faking they wouldnt have put me in the hosp half the day ..... plus my bp was 145/108 which can harm baby jacob so no not being melodramatic.
it helps if you LIFT them...not throw them. That just gets you kicked out of the gym...Trust me I have had them thrown at me before! Completely no fault of my own of course! :)
