William Holland is an Omaha artist working primarily in ink, watercolor, and graphite. His work has shown throughout Omaha and hangs in homes from New York to California. William has designed album covers and flyers for local bands and businesses and is in the process of developing a graphic novel based on his animal characters. Williams’s artwork has been called everything from brilliant to offensive. As quoted by Candi Puren in ONE magazine, "Holland's work is clearly not about flowers and puppies and sunshine. He questions happy endings, looks sideways at life, doubts broadly." Holland’s friend and collaborator, Tafadzwa Ndoda is an artist from Chiredzi, Zimbabwe currently living and working in Omaha, Nebraska. Tafadzwa Ndoda studied art at Bellevue University and uses graphite and charcoal to explore the human form. From a very young age he has been in love with art, having taught in Zimbabwe, Tafadzwa has brought his love and talent with him by volunteering much of his time teaching children the applications and appreciation of the arts.
